My Evaluation
My main area allround interest lies in the turn 1630-1660, and in particular intimacy, sexual and political identity.

Clear out monograph, Royalist Identities (Palgrave Macmillan, 2004), considered the legal, communal and cultural pressures attendant set upon supporters of the king sooner than the 1640s.  Royalist Identities was nominated for the Royal Reliable Society's Whitfield Prize. Contemporary popular history

My secondary research sphere is in contemporary popular account.
